^Actually, I’ve seen several translations for it, including “We—Rose-colored Days” and even something as erratic as “Rose-Colored Days Are All We See.” Is there even a way to translate the Japanese two-byte space into English? Since the title is not something as definitive as “boku-ra NO bara-iro hibi,” I don’t think it has to be “OUR Rose-colored Days.” Rather, I think it’s up to personal interpretation, and to me it’s more like “We are rose-colored days,” as by the context of the song, it has the feel of “boku-ra WA bara-iro no hibi.” I think the message is conveyed either way.

Great review! Onitsuka Chihiro has a great voice indeed.

By the way, I hope this doesn’t come out sounding condescending, but the correct translation for Bokura Bara-iro no Hibi would be ‘Our rose-colored days’ ^^;. Just saying.

^ Thanks. ^^; I try to make this a review blog that incorporates more music theory since so few blogs do. I don’t really care if people read the whole thing; in fact, I figured that that might happen, which is why I have the “quick facts” at the end of every song so people could just look at those and see if they even wanted to DL the song. Most reviews won’t be so long; I just love Oni and have to blather about her for a while. =P
